Our X-PAINTS are electro-conductive coatings for the protection of large areas from electromagnetic radiation (EMR). They offer best shielding qualities for protection against high-frequency (HF) radiation and low-frequency (LF) electric fields.

Typical areas of application are living areas (e. g. bedrooms, nurseries, living room or the protection of whole buildings.

X-PAINTS presents excellent adhesion to many interior and exterior surfaces and substrates like old emulsion paint layers, sheetrock,
cement, plaster, masonry, wood, etc. It can easily be covered with water based emulsion paint (also known as latex or vinyl paint).

● Living areas: Protection from HF-radiation from cellphone towers (e.g. GSM, UMTS), TV and radio broadcasting antennas, radar, digital standard cordeless telephones (DECT), wireless networks (WLAN) and other last-mile applications. Protection from electromagnetic fields from power supply lines, etc.
● Industry: To prevent interception of data from wireless networks („data-stealing“) and to prevent interception of potentially bugged conference rooms. We offer the perfect solution for your privacy!

● Medicine: Protection of sensitive technical equipment; to guarantee that important medical data is derived correctly and will not be altered by electromagnetic interference (EMI).

Special Characteristics

This paint achieves very high attenuation even at single-layer application. The viscoplastic and soft surface has a limited mechanical resistance.  Low VOC content, highly breathable, free of solvents, plasticisers, etc. 

To bridge forming gaps in the underground, this paint is reinforced with long conductive fibers. So especially in outdoor applications no ground-strap is needed for safe grounding. 

This paint is frost resistant (tested for 5 freeze / thaw cycles), and can thus be shipped even in wintertime by air cargo or by ship. Attenuation of 36 dB (shielding effectiveness of 99.98 %) at typical coverage in one layer, attenuation of 43 dB (shielding effectiveness of 99.995 %) at typical coverage with two layers. 

Ingredients: Water, pure acylic binder, graphite, carbon black, additives, preservative.

Based on exclusive carbon conductive element, our X-PAINTS makes low emission and grants for long-lasting period of using. Without the problem of corrosion or oxidizing metal particles after years of use.

We ensure that our X-PAINTS are absolutely free of toxic solvent or addictives. They are available for both liquid (for immediately appliance) and powder (for the safety of international shipment) type.
